Negotiable; Bonus: Yes; 25 Days Annual Leave (increasing with service); Medical Insurance and Health Cashback Plan; Full time (36.5 hpw); Fleet: A car is required for travel to client sites – expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the successful implementation of Medius solutions across a range of industries.
* Streamline finance and procurement workflows, contribute to system integrations, and guide projects from discovery through to post‑go‑live support.
* Work closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver high‑quality consulting services and maintain lasting client relationships.
* Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring a proactive, client‑facing approach and delivery of results.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience with Medius as either a consultant or end user.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Infor M3.
* Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
* Understanding of Accounts Payable and procurement processes.
* Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivery and ownership of work.
* Collaborative approach with internal and external colleagues.
* Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
