Responsibilities
* Manage, recruit and train staff.
* Handle customers’ concerns and questions.
* Drive up memberships.
* Prepare reports and attend meetings.
* Represent Places Leisure.
* Lead a team and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre.
* Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
* Previous supervisory/management experience within a leisure facility.
* Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
* Registered first aider (first aid experience sets you apart).
* Hold an NPLQ qualification.
