THE LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ROLE
You’ll join a highly collaborative analytics team focused on driving marketing effectiveness and commercial growth through advanced measurement and experimentation.
Working across digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and on-site performance, you’ll help shape measurement frameworks that support strategic marketing investment decisions across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading marketing effectiveness and attribution analysis across multiple channels
* Designing and analysing A/B and multivariate experiments
* Building forecasting and performance models to support commercial planning
* Delivering deep-dive analysis across customer behaviour, acquisition, retention, and conversion
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
* Developing KPI frameworks and scalable reporting solutions
* Collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalise analytical models
LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Strong experience within Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science
* Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, experimentation, or incrementality measurement
* Advanced SQL and Python or R
* Experience working with GA4, digital analytics, or MarTech ecosystems
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience translating complex findings into commercial recommendations
* Understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and conversion analytics
* Experience working with large-scale behavioural datasets
