Job Title: ESOL Tutor 1:1

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* - Provide one-to-one English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition
* - Develop tailored learning plans based on individual student needs
* - Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to improve students' English language skills
* - Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* - Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their language learning goals
Required Qualifications:
* - Recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertTESOL, CELTA)
* - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
* - Experience in teaching ESOL to adults
* - Ability to create effective learning materials
Education:
* - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* - Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching ESOL
Knowledge and Skills:
* - Strong understanding of language acquisition principles
* - Familiarity with ESOL teaching methodologies
* - Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes
* - Ability to work with diverse student populations
Preferred Qualifications:
* - Master's degree in TESOL or relevant field
* - Experience in online teaching and virtual learning environments
