We are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor to join our Huddersfield Aftersales team. The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Leading the Bodyshop productive team
* Scheduling workload and providing updates to customers
* Ensuring our business potential is maximised
* Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained and that required standards are met
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as an Advisor within the Bodyshop environment at dealership level
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to organise a team and maintain good communication with other teams
* Experience of CDK/Kerridge is an advantage
* Bodyshop Estimator experience is an advantage
* Previous retail motor industry experience at dealership level is essential
* A full driving licence
Training & Development
As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
