Key Responsibilities
* Support Engineering and Quality teams by expediting critical supplier documentation
* Coordinate supplier deviation requests and non-conformances, ensuring proper tracking and closure
* Manage the return and repair process for non-conforming materials
* Assist with claim management related to supplier delays and quality issues, including COPQ tracking
* Support the issue of contractual correspondence to suppliers in line with quality requirements
* Track supplier progress, build strong working relationships, and conduct supplier visits as required
* Manage import processes and customs clearance where applicable
About You
* 1–3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within direct materials
* Understanding of logistics, with exposure to imports preferred
* Strong attention to detail and well‑organised approach
* Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with commercial awareness
* Full, valid driving licence required
* Willingness to travel across the EU as part of the role
