Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. You will be customer-centric, have a passion for travel, and excel at building rapport quickly. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels, resolving queries with empathy, and supporting our customers effectively.

Working hours and location
Normal hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Sunday, with rotational shifts from 7am to 10pm. Dutch line hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. Location: Lochrin Square, Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Salary
£24,000 per annum plus £1,000 language allowance.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional service via call, chat, email
* Responding to travel queries with empathy and patience
* Attending team meetings and staying updated on company policies
* Supporting ad hoc projects and assisting with English-speaking line when needed
Minimum requirements
* Customer service experience
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Effective communication and Microsoft Office skills
* Proficient typing and computer literacy
* Calmness and problem-solving skills in challenging situations
* Enthusiasm and desire for continuous development
Preferred but not essential
* Contact centre experience
* Travel & Tourism industry experience
