As a member of the Wellness Attendants team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards, taking lead from the Housekeeping Manager. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards on site and delivering an unforgettable level of service as part of the wider hospitality team.
Your responsibilities will include working with the Housekeeping Manager, and the broader Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B teams to provide an exceptional experience. Key duties include:
1. Following established procedures for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance across all areas, including the Spa, Accommodation, and Communal spaces.
2. Assisting with guest activities such as Farm Tours and Wine Tastings.
3. Adhering to COSHH procedures, using chemicals and products safely.
4. Collecting rubbish and waste, and cleaning all areas to uphold high standards.
5. Supporting other hospitality teams as needed and reasonably practicable.
6. Participating in guest tours and activities on site.
Package
* Salaries starting from £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
