Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Coordinators
Assist in resolving billing issues raised by managing agents
Support the billing team with administrative tasks when needed
Ensure accurate and complete data entry across internal systems
Support ad hoc requests from Service Delivery Coordinators
Help deliver excellent aftersales support and customer care
Contribute to both regular and ad hoc reporting
Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook
Exposure to account management or a similar support role
