As a Marketing Manager based in Aberdeen, youll be responsible for: Deliver and adapt the existing marketing strategies to support business goals and seasonal priorities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all marketing initiatives support lead generation and customer growth.
Manage an internal team and a network of external agencies, ensuring continued delivery of high-quality marketing output.
Maintain and build upon existing brand strategies across all divisions within the William Wilson umbrella, Trade, Retail Showrooms, Websites, BPO, HPHS & Northern Heating.
Plan and implement targeted, multi-channel campaigns tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Manage the Annual Customer Loyalty Promotion & the Vault Platform along with annual corporate events such as the Golf event at Balmoral Castle.
Oversee and develop websites, email marketing, paid advertising, grow social media, SEO and content creation.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report on key metrics to demonstrate campaign performance and ROI.
Continue cost-effective delivery without compromising quality or impact.
Ensure continued market awareness through competitor and customer insight.
Manage event and PR activity, supporting sales and branch teams where appropriate.
Ensure all digital platforms are performing effectively and consistently updated.
Invest in continued brand visibility across all channels.
And heres what wed like you to have: Degree educated in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
35 years experience in a senior marketing role.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands or business units.
Strong digital marketing skills with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvement.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and collaborate across departments.
Willingness to travel to branches across Scotland and take part in Scottish events as and when required. xkybehq
