About the Role
The Insights and Intelligence Service is on an exciting journey to transform the Council’s data and provide support to social care services with digital applications. The team has overall responsibility for managing and supporting Liquid Logic Adults, Children’s, Early Help, Controcc, Education and Youth Justice Systems and their associated portals together with continued development of new and existing systems to support national and local requirements. We have an exciting opportunity within our Application Development Team for Application Lead working with our two existing Leads. You will be helping to manage the Application Support Officers as we run a helpdesk function for users.
About you
We are seeking someone who has experience in supporting Children’s Social Care Systems and understands the complexities of social care.
Must have proven experience with Liquidlogic systems and associated workflows.
Must possess strong technical skills in application development and configuration, can lead on system design and testing and communications with a wide range of stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of supporting change.
Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused with excellent organisational skills, being able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
You will need to be able to lead on your own work but also review, support, motivate and develop colleagues.
