Quick onboarding process with ongoing work
The home provides care for residents aged 18-65, and as a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service. You will be helping residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.
Other responsibilities include:
* Completing relevant paperwork
* Following personalized care plans and reporting any issues you may encounter
* Assisting with dressing, bathing, feeding

Qualifications
* Proven experience within a similar care environment
* Checkable work history
* Up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, Infection Control. If you do not have up to date certificates, we can offer online training at an additional fee.
* An up-to-date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can arrange a new one for you.

Employment Details
You will be working typically Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 14:00. You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
