Based in the heart of the historic market town and overlooking an idyllic Victorian park a resident centred service requires a dedicated Nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in Bedford. My client provides nursing services to the elderly with general and dementia care being provided.
This service is a small service with a resident centred approach and a good CQC rating!
Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
15. Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
16. Wound management
17. Administering oxygen
18. Putting together treatment plans
19. Overseeing a team of care assistants
20. Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
21. Elderly Care
22. Infection control
Staff Nurse Requirements
23. Hold a relevant nursing qualification
24. Be registered with the NMC
25. Have satisfactory references
26. Have the right to work in the UK
27. Dementia experience
