(EAL) Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth, South London, which requires an enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Teaching Assistant (EAL) to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be a fluent Spanish speaker with prior secondary school Teaching Assistant experience or a graduate aiming to pursue a career as a qualified teacher in the future.
The role of the EAL Teaching Assistant is to support students with moderate learning difficulties and encourage learning across various subjects and year groups. Experience supporting students with EAL is desirable.

Candidates with previous EAL or SEN experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, along with a commitment to helping students reach their full potential, are essential.
