Residential Property Solicitor (5 PQE) Location : London – E1 Salary : £55,000 Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity A Legal 500, Chambers, and Times recognised firm in London rated as one of the best places to work. This firm is looking to bring on a Residential Property Solicitor of 5 years PQE into their Property department. You will handling a varied caseload of non-contentious residential property work, with scope to delve into commercial property matters if desired. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to control their own caseload, nurture relationships, and play an active part in a growing and successful department. Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse residential property caseload, with support and supervision as needed. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Contribute to business development. • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members. • Work effectively within case management systems and towards departmental targets. Essential Characteristics: • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5 years’ PQE in residential property (commercial experience welcome). • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Proven ability to generate work and develop business. • Strong written communication attention to detail. • Willingness to supervise and supporting junior colleagues. • IT literate and case management system experience. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
