The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre‑planned lessons to classes in the absence of the teacher
* Manage behaviour and maintain a positive, focused learning environment
* Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed
* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
* Work across different subjects and year groups, building valuable experience
This is a fantastic stepping stone into roles such as Teacher Training, Learning Support, or long‑term school‑based careers.
