Business Development Manager, Amazon Ads
Amazon Ads is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly-growing Video Ads Sales team. Amazon is committed to delivering best-in-class products, devices, and services in the video ads space. This role will help connect brands with our newest ad solutions to delight customers and deliver results. It offers broad scope and the potential to make a significant impact, focusing on driving the video business and helping customers meet their brand-building objectives.
The role involves developing new business for Amazon and shifting the mindset towards performance-driven partnerships to maximize Amazon's advertising potential, including Amazon MX Player, Fire TV, and DSP Video.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships in complex, cross-functional environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to convey compelling value propositions. A sense of ownership, drive, and a desire to succeed are essential.

Key responsibilities
1. Generate video advertising revenue by establishing relationships with advertisers and agencies, and delivering compelling pitches.
2. Build a pipeline and influence buying decisions to attract new advertisers.
3. Map account strategies, align resources, and identify the best video products to meet client needs.
4. Conduct sales calls with existing and prospective clients, providing excellent customer service.
5. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations.
Basic Qualifications
* MBA
* 5+ years in digital marketing, brand marketing, or video ad sales
