Homecare Administrator
We are currently looking for a Homecare Administrator, to support our Branch Administration Manager to work as part of our Homecare team in Limehouse, Tower Hamlets, London.
You'll provide efficient and organised administration support and be responsible for recruitment of new team members. It's a busy and varied role working with a well-established and hard-working team.
What you can expect:
Salary: £30,000 per annum
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support with general office duties e.g. telephone answering, filing, archiving, typing, photocopying, organising and maintaining the office.
* Advertising vacancies, screening candidates to establish suitability and booking interviews.
* Completing the onboarding and recruitment of successful candidates.
* Ensure all communication is recorded and stored appropriately and employee records and service user's records are accurate and up to date.
* Update and maintain data systems daily ensuring that records such as the Annual Leave Planner, Sickness Records, Clients Daily Log Sheets and Contact Books are accurate and up to date
* Operate IT, financial and administrative systems
* Review the training needs of care workers to include induction, mandatory and update training.
* To maintain effective links and communication with local authority staff, carers, service users, relatives and other relevant individuals
* Administration of printing weekly rotas for carers.
* Organising supervision sessions, writing up notes and following up on actions raised
* To assist the Branch Operations Manager in ensuring that all quality standards, complaints and comments are dealt with promptly and to record and report any complaints/ concerns in line with company policy.
* To ensure, where appropriate, that all statutory requirements for the service delivery are adhered to e.g. health and safety, moving and handling
Knowledge, Training and Experience:
* GCSE's in English and Mathematics
* NVQ or equivalent in Administration is desirable
* Good IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience of Minute Taking
* Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
