This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth operations. As a Junior PA, you will play a crucial role in the team.
Responsibilities
* Manage diaries and remind fee earners of meetings daily
* Arrange travel and book internal/external meetings
* Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
* Support fee earners with marketing activities and client meetings
* Monitor emails and post, ensuring important correspondence is handled appropriately
* Assist with billing, credit control, and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Qualifications
* Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Flexible, reliable, and proactive
* Ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues and clients
