A welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Bristol is opening a brand new SEND Resource Base in September 2026, and we’re looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join the founding team.
This isn’t just another TA role. It’s an opportunity to help shape a specialist provision from the very beginning, creating an environment where children with additional needs feel safe, understood and ready to thrive.

You’ll work within the new Resource Base, supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop independence.
