* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Assist members with opening and managing savings accounts and mortgage applications
* Utilize our online banking service, Darlingtonline, to support members
* Resolve member complaints and issues promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver a seamless member experience
* Participate in community events and initiatives to support our mission and vision
