We are seeking an experiencedCustoms Brokerage & Logistics Coordinator to deliver a comprehensive customs and logistics service to both domestic and international clients. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong customs knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for imports and exports, ensuring correct commodity codes and schemes are used Create transit documents in line with customs compliance requirements Prepare full export documentation, including raising airway bills Liaise with customers, suppliers, and authorities to obtain and verify documentation Arrange international and domestic transport from start to finish, providing status updates and final proof of delivery Cost, quote, and advise on transport solutions and customs formalities Respond to and resolve Border Force and customs enquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance within an ETSF facility Coordinate daily schedules for drivers and subcontractors Load and unload vehicles when required and maintain warehouse stock records Complete file checks and finalise charges ahead of invoicing Organise pick and pack operations Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes Minimum 2 years experience in a customs environment Proven experience handling imports and exports Good working knowledge of customs systems (Descartes, Boxtop preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams Logical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Capable of working independently, using initiative, and flexibly including outside normal office hours Monday to Friday 9.00am -18.00pm
