What Success Looks Like:
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create exceptional front-end interfaces.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in front-end software engineering and requirements management.
* Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in at least one front-end framework, preferably React.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Interest in leveraging IT to drive innovation.
Desirable
* Familiarity with bug tools and version control systems.
* Understanding of Information Security and Operational Excellence.
