We are recruiting an R&D Project Engineer to support the design and development of new medical technologies, including solutions used within wound care and related therapeutic areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle from early-stage concept through to manufacturing transfer and commercialisation.
The Role
As an R&D Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing both internal and client-driven medical device solutions. Acting as the technical bridge between innovation and manufacture, you will ensure products are safe, compliant, scalable and aligned to user and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Translating client and user needs into practical engineering solutions
2. Designing and developing medical devices from concept through design transfer
3. Supporting prototyping, testing, and design verification/validation activities
4. Generating compliant design documentation and technical files
