Their products are used for a range of projects, including schools, new-build houses, flat-to-pitch conversions, hospitals, conservatories, and many more.

The role
This is a new role in the business with the mission of connecting with the right people in the public sector and setting up high-quality meetings that make a real impact. You’ll work alongside a proactive external sales team, and responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
* Research and identify key decision-makers across Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Surveyors, and Architects.
* Pick up the phone, send emails, use LinkedIn – whatever it takes to start meaningful conversations.
* Book meetings and CPD sessions for the sales team, giving them the chance to showcase the company’s solutions.
* Keep the CRM system up to date so everyone always knows the stage of each lead.
* Work closely with the sales team to target the right organisations at the right time.
* Stay on top of industry changes in housing, construction, and public sector procurement.
This role is well-suited to someone highly motivated and experienced in lead generation.

To be successful, you will…
* Be experienced in lead generation, business development, or telesales – ideally within construction or the public sector.
* Have great attention to detail.
* Be a confident communicator who can engage with senior decision-makers.
* Be research-driven
* Be organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
* Be comfortable working to targets and motivated by results.
