We're looking for an Enablement Lead to drive complex digital projects for global clients. You'll lead workstreams across data collection and activation-leveraging tools like Adobe and Google Analytics-while coordinating developers, stakeholders, and cross-channel teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
* Act as the primary client contact, managing digital projects across 6 core service areas.
* Translate complex client needs into actionable plans, with clear documentation and oversight.
* Lead implementations in analytics, CRO, personalisation, or insights.
* Use data and research to shape testing and optimisation strategies.
* Provide tool training and strategic advice.
* Be seen as a subject matter expert in one or more service areas.
What You'll Bring
* 1-5+ years' experience with Adobe or Google Analytics
* Proven ability to manage both Data Collection and Data Activation workstreams.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
* Strong organisational habits and comfort with a dynamic, self-led role.
* Advanced proficiency in MS/Google Office tools.
