The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll act as a trusted commercial advisor across high-value projects, working directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
You'll take ownership of:
1. Providing strategic commercial guidance across live projects
2. Leading on contract management and administration (NEC-based)
3. Managing cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting (CVR)
4. Identifying and resolving commercial risks and opportunities
