Overview
Our client based in Burntwood is looking for a new Sales Account Manager to join their growing team and support in developing key accounts. Our client has an energetic office and work closely with one another to grow their existing client base.
Salary: £27,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission
Benefits: Uncapped commission, early finish Friday, Pension is 5% employee contribution / 3% employer, Life insurance after first year's service and 33 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:00 / Friday 09:00 to 15:00
Responsibilities
* Responding promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Managing a portfolio of around 250 active customers, keeping in regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.
* Generating and issuing quotes via our CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date.
* Preparing reports and updates for our monthly sales meetings.
* Identifying and developing new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
* Upselling and cross-selling across our full product range to maximise account potential.
* Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and onboard new customers.
* Participating in regular product training sessions with our suppliers and in-house team.
Qualifications
* A driven, motivated individual who enjoys hitting targets and seeing results.
* Experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
