Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a local College.
Supporting pupils with additional needs on either a 1:1 or Small group basis. The successful applicant will need to have a passion for supporting people with special educational needs.
About the school
Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a local College. We are supporting out client College who have several vacancies for April 2024 & September 2024. You’ll be supporting your pupil 3 days a week, 8.30 – 17.00.
All roles will be subject to permanent contracts with the College after 18 qualifying weeks via the agency.
You do not require previous experience working within schools, but must be able to demonstrate that you have worked with large groups of children in any previous role, such as sports coaching etc.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
1. Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant
2. Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.
3. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff

Salary
£102 to £102 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
