Working Week and Pay…
* Managerial time and on-shift time: 40 hours per week / 173 hours per month. You are paid for any time over time.
* Sleeps: 6 are required per month, paid at £50 per sleep.
* Base Salary (without sleeps): £26,000
* Additional pay: £250 on completing your Therapeutic Training, delivered in-house.

Training...
There is a 2-week full paid & expensed training course/induction hosted by one of the Regional Managers. This takes place in one location and you will meet other new staff from across the country who are starting the new journey with this excellent provider.
The Provider provides extensive and relevant training to support staff members in their roles and ensure career development. Additionally, staff are supported by a friendly and supportive management team.
What you will need/None-Negotiables…
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent or be over 60% through the course.
* Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
* Be at least 22 years old to comply with children's homes regulations.
* Have a valid driving licence.
