* Hours:37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 rota
* Salary:£30’000.00 to £35’000.00 p/a, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
* Create and manage rota schedules for all teams.
* Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations.
* Maintain our Fleet Management System and ensure driver data is accurate and compliant.
* Support training and development activities across the Distribution team.
* Build strong relationships with external providers.
* Provide admin and coordination support to the wider Distribution team.
* Compile compliance reports for the site’s leadership team
* Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
* A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own workload.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Operator Licence Awareness trained, with knowledge of compliance obligations.
Location Note: While the role is based in Biggleswade, you may be required to travel during initial training period.
