Pareto FM are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager to join the Northern Team, reporting directly to the Head of Projects.
This role will lead and support the delivery of a wide range of projects across operational sites, with a particular focus on facilities, construction, fit outs, engineering, and infrastructure improvements.
Operating within a fast-paced 24/7 environment consisting of office and manufacturing spaces, this role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills to successfully deliver projects around live operational activity.
This is primarily a Monday to Friday role, although occasional evening or weekend working may be required to support project delivery, contractor activities, or operational requirements.
The Role
As Project Manager, youll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on time, and within budget.
Youll work closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and operational teams to ensure projects are planned effectively with minimal disruption to business operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience delivering projects within Facilities Management, Construction, Building Services, or Fit Out environments.
