Senior Sous Chef – Role Overview
As a Senior Sous Chef at Mollie's, you will lead the kitchen team, train staff, and consistently deliver high standards of food to meet guest expectations.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence
* Consistently delivering food to high company standards
* Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
* Working with the Head Chef to train and develop the kitchen team
* Supporting the Head Chef with ordering and stock takes

* The ability to lead a team and build relationships with colleagues both in the kitchen and on the floor

Qualifications & Experience
* A minimum of three years’ experience as a Sous Chef is essential
* Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus
* A qualification in catering/hospitality is desirable but not essential
* Certification to Level 3 Food Safety is preferable
