Job Description

Due to the successful growth of our client's business, we are exclusively recruiting for the position of Office Manager for their well-established, family-run construction business.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role with the following skills:

* Construction / Engineering Admin experience
* Diary management for directors
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to streamline and monitor processes
* Understanding of invoicing and purchase order procedures
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to work independently at times
* Liaison with clients and suppliers
* Managing incoming enquiries and tenders
* CRM database management
* Electronic file management
* Quotation preparation and editing
* Handling job orders and reports
* Supporting marketing activities and maintaining contact databases
* General administrative support
* Managing social media accounts


Requirements

Personal qualities and skills required:

* Team player
* Flexible and able to multi-task
* Calm under pressure with good telephone manners
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative
* Experience in a construction environment


Benefits

Monday to Friday, day shifts 08:30 am - 5:00 pm, office-based with free parking (transportation essential due to rural location).
