Description
Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk with professionalism
Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and office logistics
Managing office supplies, purchase orders, and stock
Supporting site operations including HS&E, PPE, and contractor coordination
Handling calls, mail, couriers, and general admin across the business
Providing key support to the Site Director and wider teamsProfile
A successful Admin and Facilities Assistant should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solutions-focused mindsetJob Offer
Competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
