The Regional Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and elevating the workplace experience across multiple sites within the client contract.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by fostering a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment that aligns with the client’s vision and ISS’s standards of service delivery.

Leading and inspiring workplace teams, you will implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall experience for end users while maintaining operational efficiency.
Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication, collaboration, and a consistent approach to delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver outstanding service
* Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
* Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs for the workplace teams
* Oversee the delivery of all workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring they meet SLAs and KPIs
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards, address issues, and engage with on-site teams
* Manage escalations and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations
* Partner with the client to understand their evolving needs and adapt services to enhance workplace experiences
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, preferably across multiple sites
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in using workplace management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices
* Budget management experience and ability to analyse financial data effectively
