Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service in the financial services sector? At Mattioli Woods, we're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Leicester.
This is an exciting opportunity to support advisers and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in delivering expert financial advice, while managing a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS, and personal clients.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar financial services role
* Solid understanding of SIPP/SSAS pension schemes and regulatory frameworks
Skills:
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and resilient approach to problem-solving
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS, and personal clients
Support advisers in the proactive management of client financial affairs
Prepare for and attend client meetings, taking and actioning notes
Communicate with clients and providers via phone and email
Conduct research and gather information to support financial advice
Process new business and maintain accurate client records
Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to ad-hoc projects
