Package:
* Basic Salary: £27,887.60
* Bonus OTE: £6000
* Hours: Monday to Friday 08:, Saturday rota (1 in : hrs)
Please note: The business operates from 8am to 6pm, which means the shift pattern may change to 08.30 – 18.00 depending on the needs of the business.
We're Looking For
* Experience within a similar role, industry experience would be an advantage
* Ideally possess good mechanical knowledge with the ability to answer customer queries
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer skills are essential
* Impressive organisational skills
* Knowledge of Keyloop is desirable, although training will be provided
* Ability to thrive within a team
* Professional and courteous manner
Main Duties Include:
* Answering all incoming calls following Breeze's process
* Booking routine service and repair jobs
* Making outbound calls booking in service/repairs in line with CFA & VHC
* Listening and identifying customers problems
* Providing accurate information in a clear and professional manner
* Using your initiative to resolve customer enquiries
* Capturing customer data in line with GDPR and updating Breeze on all systems
