Our Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making and team leadership? We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to head up our Insights team and shape the future of our Customer Contact Centre. In this high‑impact role, you’ll lead a talented team of Analysts, mentoring and developing their skills in business intelligence, data storytelling, and technical delivery. You’ll drive our BI evolution—translating complex data into actionable insights that reflect the voice of our customers and influence key business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a small team of BI Analysts, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
* Own the end‑to‑end analysis process, from data extraction to insight delivery, ensuring outputs are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
* Partner with stakeholders across the Customer Contact Centre and wider business to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
* Shape and evolve our BI suite, ensuring it meets the dynamic needs of the business and supports continuous improvement.
* Champion data excellence, ensuring high standards in data modelling, visualization, and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience leading and developing BI or Data Analysts, with a strong coaching mindset.
* Advanced skills in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data storytelling.
* Strong knowledge of SQL, VBA, and DAX for data manipulation and automation.
* Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and data modelling.
* A strategic mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
