About Vetra Group

Launch180 is a Glasgow-based sales and leadership development company that works with leading brands to help them grow their customer base and strengthen brand engagement.

Through direct marketing campaigns and client partnerships, we focus on delivering measurable results while developing future business leaders through structured training and mentorship.

As we expand our Glasgow operations, we're looking for motivated people to join our Graduate Sales Programme, where you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and leadership.


The Opportunity

This graduate programme provides a practical introduction to business development and client acquisition. Successful candidates will gain experience working on live campaigns, interacting directly with customers, and developing the communication and commercial skills needed to succeed in business.

You will be supported through structured training and mentorship, with clear progression opportunities into team leadership and management roles.


Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement

• Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across Glasgow

• Build relationships with customers and contribute to client acquisition

• Learn how to manage customer accounts and campaign performance

• Work closely with team leaders to develop leadership and communication skills

• Contribute to team targets and campaign growth initiatives


Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to build a career in sales, business, or leadership.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and goal-driven mindset

• Confidence working in team-based environments

• A willingness to learn and develop professionally

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic


Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or marketing can be beneficial but is not required.
