The Role
We look for in our Team Leaders goes beyond management skills. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and managing and coaching your team. We see you as future Store Managers.
* Support management in daily activities
* Drive sales, develop customer service and store standards
* Maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
About You
* Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Understanding of KPIs like sales, profit, and service
* Confidence, resilience, ambition, and team development skills
* Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential)
