Salary: Up to £41,000+Bonus (DOE)
The Role
We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to join a bustling accommodation venue with events, a bar, and a café in the heart of Edinburgh.
Roles include supporting the team, maintaining high standards, and stepping in to run the venue in the GM's absence.

* Lead day-to-day operations across food and beverage, guest services, housekeeping, and building operations.
* Support and inspire the team to deliver outstanding experiences.
* Ensure the venue runs smoothly, even when unexpected events occur.
