Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Operations Intern to support our legal team in managing key aspects of contract handling and legal documentation. This role involves working with NDAs, reviewing contracts, redlining, abstraction, and assisting with legal compliance processes across ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
* Extract critical information and prepare concise contract summaries
* Support redlining and revisions of various legal documents
* Summarize legal content for use by internal teams
* Assist with contract lifecycle management activities
* Review documentation for active legal and business projects
* Help maintain legal databases and tracking systems
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders on project-specific legal needs
Eligibility Criteria
* Pursuing LLB or LLM (preferably 2nd year onwards)
* Skilled in contract review and negotiation
* Familiarity with redlining tools and document markup
* Strong summarization and legal abstraction skills
* Experience with legal document management platforms
* Understanding of corporate law and commercial agreements
* Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office and PDF editing tools
