Detailed Responsibilities
* System Development: Constantly reviewing and improving our data systems to reduce teacher workload and increase the accuracy of reporting.
* Target Setting: Managing the school’s target-setting process, using national benchmarks to ensure our expectations for students are both ambitious and achievable.
* Ad-hoc Analysis: Responding to specific data requests from the SLT, such as analyzing the impact of a specific literacy intervention or behavior policy.
* Attendance Data: Working alongside the Attendance Officer to produce daily and weekly reports that identify students at risk of persistent absence.
