Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Sales and Marketing to support budgeting, forecasting, commercial proposals, and marketing ROI analysis
2. Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, highlighting trends and recommending actions
3. Prepare commercial reports and provide insightful commentary for internal stakeholders and the parent group
4. Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario modelling
5. Support wider finance activities, including reporting, financial controls, and contributing to a collaborative team environment
The Ideal Candidate
6. Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 2 years PQE
7. Experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within manufacturing, commercial finance, or similar sectors
8. Strong commercial acumen and hands-on, analytical approach
9. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
