What you'll do

Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, generating opportunities for Account Executives
Qualification & Discovery: Conduct structured calls to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and determine business fit based on Pigment's ICP and value proposition
Outbound Support: Assist in basic outbound prospecting activities using templates, research, and personalization
CRM & Pipeline Management: Log all activity, notes, and touchpoints accurately in Salesforce; maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure proper follow-ups
Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, Partners and growth teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate pipeline conversion
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate coachability, accept feedback openly, and adapt to new processes and messaging with guidance

Who You Are

Fluent to professional level in both German and English
Based commutable distance from either of our London or Paris offices
Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Ideally some experience in sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate CRM records, be organized
