About the Role
Sanctuary Care, a not‑for‑profit organisation, is seeking a Home Manager for Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and enriching residents’ lives while managing daily operations and staff.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team to enrich residents’ lives every day.
* Deliver personalised, high‑quality care aligned to individual plans.
* Champion meaningful leisure and social activities every day.
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
* Model a positive, kind and supportive culture across the home.
Qualifications
* Experience in a residential or nursing care setting.
* Strong operational management and leadership skills.
* People‑focused communicator who collaborates well.
* Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
* Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Background Checks
We work closely with the Home Office to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for successful applicants, which we will pay for.
