About The Role About the Role Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Real Estate Broker to drive business development and agency activities. You will be responsible for originating high-value property instructions, managing key client relationships, and closing transactions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is a senior role for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in real estate brokerage, client management, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Originate high-value property instructions and sales/lease opportunities. Build and maintain strategic client relationships. Provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Mentor junior brokers and support team development. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Person Specification Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Professional membership (e.g., NIESV, RICS) is advantageous. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in real estate brokerage or agency. Proven record of securing high-value transactions and managing key clients. Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills. Professional, client-focused, and target-driven.
