Architecture Business Analyst HR Technology

The Role:
* Turn business asks into clear user stories + acceptance criteria.
* Own UAT: entry/exit, scenarios, defect triage, sign-off.
* Make integrations connector-first (suite tools before iPaaS).
* Define integration readiness: data contracts, non-functionals, rollback plan.
* Produce concise decision packs with privacy/retention and access controls.
Requirements:
* Recent BA experience in HRIS/Payroll (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
* Proven stories + ACs and UAT ownership to production.
* Awareness of suite-native connectors (e.g., EIB/Core Connectors, Integration Center, HCM Adapter) and when to use them.
* Comfortable working with architects, data leads, and payroll.
* Basic SQL/BI for reconciliation; exposure to payroll parallel testing; interest in AI/HITL guardrails.
