You will be responsible for ensuring the building is secure at all times, conducting regular walk-around of the restaurant and Hotel. You will be responsible for cleaning the pub, restaurant, and toilets, and general maintenance. This will be a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, starting at 11pm and finishing at 6.30am
